My role in reshaping the product development calendar was pivotal — optimizing the synergy between design, sourcing and market strategies to bolster profitability. In my tenure as Vice President of Creative and Marketing at S’well Bottle, I steered our brand through a sea of change, merging innovative design with strategic marketing. This fusion sparked a remarkable 275% revenue uptick, charting a course for a future where profitability harmoniously meets sustainability.

My design ethos was guided by the pulse of the latest fashion trends in print and pattern, collaborating with design giants like Liberty of London and Marimekko. It was a dance of aesthetics and eco-consciousness, maintaining a robust 63% profit margin without compromising our innovative spirit.

Under my wing, S’well Bottle formed flourishing partnerships with esteemed names such as Marriott and Starbucks, weaving a rich tapestry of retail alliances that mirrored our commitment to shared ethos and foresight. The innovation journey at S’well was ever-expanding, from revamping surface design to launching new form factors and categories, all while stitching sustainability into the very fabric of fashionable living.

I Sodi

In alliance with Rita Sodi of Via Carota, I championed a design-driven strategy that transcended traditional aesthetics. Pioneering the launch of their inaugural in-house culinary products to the market, our go-to-market strategy was a carefully crafted blend of innovative product development and  dynamic social media engagement. This holistic approach didn't just elevate the identity of I SODI and Via Carota—it also maintained a remarkable 70% profit margin. Our journey was a vibrant showcase of sauces, marmalades and culinary tools, reimagining not only physical spaces but also enriching the consumer experience, allowing for a visual and financial accomplishment that resonated deeply with our audience.
